About Me: I'm Dalton. Let me tell you a little about myself...

I'd rather lead than follow...

...and I'd rather love than hate.

I am a musician and I love to create. I like to express myself, and my ideas.

I am enrolled in all honors classes, and I like to skateboard and wear my hair green... To match my hoodie and my backpack.

I like bright colors and I like bright people. There is more to life than black and white. There are shades of gray, but it is the brightest of colors that always stand out.

I know that the biggest dreams start with the smallest steps, so here I am, taking a step... And I hope you will step with me, because adventures can get awful lonely.

How I would like to change the world:: I know this world needs our help.

I know this world needs Change...

I hope one day everybody will have the strength to stand up for what they
believe in.

To hold a hand in need of holding, to rescue somebody in distress.

I believe in expression. Artistic, musical, lyrical. While politicians use
lies to cover the truth, artists use them to reveal it. Art conveys ideas,
and ideas are power.

I know that we can make a change in this world- but have to remember that the keyword is we. If we have a cause, we must promote it, any way we can. The world can't know what we're about if we don't tell it.

I was never fond of words though. Nobody cares about them. We care about the ideas behind them. But we only care about ideas because ideas are fuel for change. Knowledge, is indeed power. But so is love. And so are we. We just need to realize it.

Tools I Have: My mind, my heart, and my soul.

My guitar, my drums, and my pencil.

My words, and my actions.

My beliefs...

... and my life.

Tools I Need: You and me, and the power of unity. The power to rise, but not as I's. I need dreamers, but I need believers. If we want change, we must fight with tools... And we are the greatest of the tools of change.

"Dark City" is kind of like "The Matrix" in an overall sense of things. I probably prefer it b/c the film-makers didn't do a sequel that left you wanting something crazy to conclude (which then failed to live up to expectations)...
