Keep in mind that snipets of quotes are dangerous in the wrong hands. "Pull it," can refer to a thousand different things. That quote, specifically, came from his recollection of a conversation with the fire chief (somebody closely involved) and could quite easily refer to the rescue mission occuring in building 7. "Pull it," referring to the mission and the firemen already inside the building is a sensible possibility. I'm not going to put words into peoples' mouths. You can believe whatever you wish to believe about what he meant by, "Pull it."
