Vegan? Vegetarian? Just fish? Omnivore?
Since the White Flag Warrior institute in May, my eating habits have gradually changed. I'm not blaming the entire thing on WFW, but I know the institute itself did open my eyes in that respect. At the institute, we had a vegan menu for the majority of the week, and at first that really screwed with me because while I don't eat much meat, I still enjoy eggs and dairy products. After the institute, I learned about the horrors of cow's milk so I deleted that from my diet. As I went further…
