About Me: I work for a non-profit art museum (Museo de las Americas) in Denver, come down and check it out! Getting ready to go to grad school in DC to get my M.A. in anthropology.

I hear your frustration loud and clear! There are a ton of watchdog groups out there on the lookout. Would you have any time to figure out the latest? There have been several different groups over the years since 2000, so I'm not sure who the best is at this point. Do you know? It might be cool to contact them and see if they need volunteers that they could prhaps get through FWT...

At 7:38pm on September 2, 2008, Shannon said…: we could organize a canvass (door to door) day. we will have to do it soon since there are only a few weeks left until the voter registration deadline, which is Oct. 6th. I have all the info we need to make it happen, it will just take some planning. Why don't we talk more about it on Sunday at our DST meeting? The first thing we will need to do is pick a date, then create the event and get others involved. I can bring all the supplies. We may need to do another voter registration training too . . . We can do it!! Great idea!!
