Pres. Obama's administration so far...
To All. I voted for President Obama, believing I was voting as part of a movement to see true change in my government. No major idea being thrown out here by me. I just want to know what everyone here thinks of the recent surge in the Tea Party Patriots around America? Seems like people are finally getting motivated for change....but I want to hear everyone's thoughts on it.

Let me see if I can articulate my thoughts the way they need to come out. I look around our communities, and see so many needs. Looking at both a national and global scale these same needs are everywhere it seems. - I'd like to see a world where poverty and war is abolished, where there is no classism or racism, where an honest days work earns an honest wage, and a world where Big Brother actually treated you like a big brother.

- I have the gift of gab. I can write fairly well also. More than anything, I'm willing to work for social change.
- Tools I Need
- I need more like-minded individuals in my community. Preferably with a lot more time than a busy father working full-time.

- Flobots, Rage Against the Machine, The Night Watchmen, Lady Gaga(that's a guilty pleasure), The White Stripes, many contemporary Christian bands such as the David Crowder Band.

It's for your nick. The "Lorax" part brings us all back to our youth and to Dr Seuss. The "Neighbor" part brings us back to our local communities.
Together they remind us that our past is shared and our future is in action together.
I find it hard to express but the combination in your nick inspires me and reminds me what we are working for. It is for community and it is a growth from all those that came before us.
