I'm a fairly typical 20-something making my way in the world. I work for a family-owned e-business agency in Englewood and am an auntie to two beautiful blue eyed prodigy's. I own many pets and am active in the aquascaping hobby. I collect tattoos, knives and skeleton keys. I am an avid digital photo-manipulator.
How I would like to change the world:
Education, compassion and awareness are key to me. I would like to see veterans re-integrated smoothly and with the resources they need to continues their lives. I want to live in a world were millions of animals are not euthanized every year because of over-populated shelters and misguided/indifferent people.
Tools I Have
My voice, my ears, my fingers, my passion.
Tools I Need
Organization and activation.
Favorite Bands
I love down-tempo/trip-hop like Sneaker Pimps, Morcheeba, Massive Attack and Tricky. Industrial metal such as NIN, Static X, Front Line Assembly. The Cure, Atmosphere, Why?, Alice in Chains, Gravity Kills, compositions by Danny Elfman and Thomas Newman. Sergei Rachmaninoff.
Hi Jess, I'm trying to put the highlander groups together in the next couple of days, and am just checking in to see if you want to be included in one or not. I think they're going to be around 5 people each, and each group will decide together how they want to schedule their own story-telling meetings...it could be that people want to spend one entire day together, or meet once a week or whatever.
If you could let me know today or tomorrow if you're interested or not, and if so, what your availability looks like, when you'll be out of town this summer, etc. I'll take that into account when I organize the groups. Also let me know if you and Dan specifically want to or don't want to be in the same group. THANKS! Hope to see you soon!
Jess, great to see you last night! I thought it was a great event...how did you feel about it?
I just read Digitech. Thanks for that. ... .....
Hey, I hope you and/or Dan can make the Highlander Session this Sunday. I'm sure you're exhausted....I think it's going to be one of those things that feeds us though...so I hope you come!
You're welcome!! We're doing great. Trying to get a meet up scheduled for our team is like pulling teeth now that spring is here. We'll get it though. :-) I wish you guys lived closer, we're having a huge party Memorial Day weekend. You would love it. :-)
