Thanks for checkin in! I knida have this soft spot in my heart for you.
Are you still doin the Army thing?
The irony? I know all too well. Those who give, well we will be wounded when we are down. Look up the "wounded warrior archetype", see if anything speaks to you.
It is honorable that you are going to dive into the belly of the beast, the army. Please don't lose who you are while doing your time. Maybe, being stripped of everything will be a way for you to firm up and know deep within who and what you are. Hold it deep inside, and don't let anyone take it away from you!
::::::::::Imagine a world with no money. What comes to mind? Chaos? Poverty? Well of course those things come to mind. We as a society have been told from birth “if we have no money, we have nothing.” I propose a series of steps that will not only make money unnecessary, but also a thing of the past. I see a world where people need only be alive and ask for things and it will be given to them. They need not work nor labor. Anything they desire within physical limitations for free. There would be no homeless people. Nothing would stop them from fulfilling their dreams. All the time and opportunities they need to find themselves and enjoy living life, rather than working and struggling to have one.
::::::::::When I presented this idea to people I heard these words; socialism, communism, pure communism, so on and so on. It is none of these things. It is Free. This idea is entirely impossible at the moment, and would fail like all these other forms of government have. There are actions that must be taken NOW before it is too late and we are without the means to ever achieve this life style.
:::::::::First of all, free energy. Something, albeit, incredibly difficult to achieve, but in no way impossible. There are many ways of acquiring infinite energy. Solar, Hydro, and Wind powered generators can be made that will allow us to have much more electricity to power machines, homes, cars, and any other moving or essential device. One Problem today is that we waste this recourse and others.
::::::::::We make more than we use, and there exists more than we need. The worlds governments are making it a priority to recycle but not on an adequate level. Governmentally enforced recycling is required at this time more than ever. Any time I go out I see objects that no longer serve a purpose. They are either broken, or simply un-wanted. The people of our world know of recycling but not necessarily that it is now necessary to survive. We are running out, maybe not now or even in fifty years, but if we don’t learn to use what is already there and that we have already worked to have then we will have nothing but large mounds of junk and debris. The government should step in, not only for their benefit but ours too, and find all the junkyards and dumps and red neck houses that have piles of junk, and take the metal, glass, paper, and plastics, and save them. Melt them down to be reused for production. This way we will have a multitude of resources that we don’t have to buy but simply re-shape and use.
::::::::::Even with recycling it comes down to technological ability. The ability to create advanced technologies while using less resources. At this point in time scientists are actually able to create simple computers small enough to fit on a contact lens. They are working on Nano technology that would take such little amounts of resources they can’t be viewed by the human eye. But it isn’t just the tiny technology that will be needed. Remember before I mentioned no jobs? Well why cant a machine do our jobs for us? Whole factories manned by machines or even farms. No human labor would be required. We can program a machine to do just about anything, why not program them to run every facet of our lives? All that we would need to do is pursue our dreams while living the most comfortable lives possible. It is true that while this step is being implemented that millions and millions will lose their jobs. Why not take all those people that farmed, manned the factories, built the buildings, and made sure our country didn’t flood with sewage, and teach them to do other things? Let’s say they like their laboring jobs so much they don’t wish to do any other work. Fine, they can keep there jobs on the farms and factories, just instead of farming or putting things together, they make sure the machines do it and don’t mess up.
:::::::::::This isn’t to say technology and ideas and creativity won’t continue. Quite the opposite. No one will be denied an education for any reason other than that they are unable to learn. No opportunity will be denied to anyone. Everyone will be allowed to enjoy art and music and history and technology. They will have limitless opportunity to pursue what is meaningful to them. If they wish to become a doctor they need only walk to a medical school and start learning. Yes they still need to be able to actually meet a standard to become a doctor but they are not required to sacrifice anything other than time if they fail.
:::::::::::In my life I have come to understand what a government SHOULD do for it’s people. And that is supply them with what they want and need. We should not have to earn these things. We as humans have the right and ability to live entirely free lives. Imagine a person grows up in this society and they for one reason or another want an MP3 player that can hold 200 thousand songs. Why shouldn’t they be allowed to have that? The amount of resources required to make an ipod now is only about two pounds worth of materials. You are probably thinking “Well how can you make something so small hold so much information or be able to run off a battery?” Simply put, the human brain. Scientists are working on a computer that works like the human brain in that it can hold MASSIVE amounts of information while only requiring 10 to 15 volts to power it. The largest super computer today takes 2 to the 14 thousand volts, enough to power twelve-hundred houses for a month. This technology could, like other computers, be made so small it fits into an MP3 player no bigger then a cell phone.
::::::::::This is when you meet the largest of all problems. The people. In our day and age, people are greedy. They like having more than other people. They like having the ability to say “my stuff is cooler than yours! Nanynanybooboo!” The prospect of greed is derived from society as it is now. We are led to believe through our lives that by having better things and more of them you are in some way superior. As I said before, when you have no money, you have nothing. Well this is true today, because without money you cannot live. But not true in the future. If these steps are taken, the need for money, the tendency to be greedy, and possibly even over all crime rates will become simply things of a darker time. People will not need to rob others. There will be no need to fight or kill to survive. And yes those people that do fight and kill to survive will exist and they always will. If people wish to fight, send them into a ring to entertain and become the best at fighting. If they wish to kill than they will punished justly.
::::::::::This idea was spawned from the chaos of the world now. The monetary system is slowly but surely failing. It is actually destroying itself, in that it takes money to make money.
:::::::::This plan is nothing more than a dream and I understand this. In no way will I see this world and the people living happy lives within it. But I did not think this up so I could enjoy its benefits. I made this plan so we as a species and as the human entity, not a bunch of humans living on this planet, but all of humanity can live in a clean, safe and free life.
