Ideas.... a new discussion from capitalism vs. socialism

so we have mostly agreed that capitalism has is routed in self-serving goals and that it creates an unbalanced system of wealth. We have also agreed that socialism never pans out correctly without a proper check and balance for the people under it's rule. short crappy summary.the meat and potatoes is neither one is works the way it should. Capitalism Vs. Socialism

Two very opposing systems of running the economy. America's economy is one of the things that have made us a world power and capitalism has been an important tool in that. But with the current financial crisis one could make the arguement that socialism is a better alternative. What are your thoughts?

I know its a weird question...but did you send me a friend request about 2 days ago with a message attached to it? I searched the name Erik ashley(the user name supposedly sending fr) and garnered no search results. No Erik ashley on FWT...I can't remember if it shows real names or not in friend requests. Plus I remember reading a blog of yours before(or deja vu) and am not sure if we were previously friends or not.

How did you know I was a Spanish linguist? I went to the DLIFLC, but I was civilian pre-acquired skills program (CASP) so I only spent a month there. And then when I was done I was promoted to E-5.

Yeah, you know I felt like shit going to my unit with no experience and outranking everyone. And then being expected to know everything and lead the platoons.

Hi!

I just realized you messaged me on my wall. I'm so sorry for not getting back to you sooner. In order to start a street team you have to contact seth. Just let her know that you are interested in starting a group. You should try getting a few people in the area on here and letting them know that a group might develop. If there is a high demand for a group, I'm sure you'll have no problem developing one. =)
