About Me: Was a teacher at an alternative charter school in Denver/Aurora that was failing. After one year I was looking at finding a new school to teach at. While volunteering with an organization called Up With People I decided to travel in the program as a student. After 6 months traveling I was hired on. I have now been working with UWP for over 3 years traveling all over the world learning about different cultures, doing community service, and performing.

How I would like to change the world:: I believe that I am changing the world. My job right now is focused on inspiring communities as well as the cast members in my group. I want to activate people to engage in their communities. I want that to be the focus when I go back to teaching.

Tools I Have: I am an educator.
I travel with 90 other highly motivated 18-29 year olds.
I am involved in community impact sites 2-3 times a week.
I have a lot of training in experiential learning, facilitating teambuilding/diversity/multi-cultural communication workshops with youth all over the world.
