My wife and I will be moving out to louisville in october and I thought I could find some like-minded radicals wanting to make the world a better place. Im a self taught film-maker wannabe social justice documentarian, and my wife has the biggest heart for humanity I know. We worked for 2 year witht he poor in Orange County California, and want to find a new way to serve in our community here in Rocklin, and then in Louisville after October.Together we hope to meet new people and do exciting and impact-full things to change the world in any little way we can. How I would like to change the world:: Shortly after moving to Louisville, we met some amazing new friends, including two couples who share our views on the Gospel of Jesus and it's strong statements about peace and reconciliation. One of these couples, Josh and Joy Murdoch (and their 19-month-old daughter Shiloh) will be moving in with us sometime before the end of next year. We have been having weekly gatherings and meals centered on our intentions for the community, our visions for shared work, purpose and guidance. Please pray that God will be glorified by what we do no matter what, and that if it is His will and that we are blessed to effect and be effected by our neighborhood.

Tools I Have: Willingness to learn and act. Openness to new ideas and concepts. Positive outlook and perception of humanity and their potential. Video production/ editing experience.

Tools I Need: knowledge, community.

Favorite Bands: mewithoutYou, Flobots, Thrice, Psalters

What issues are you most passionate about?: Poverty, the poor, and the outcast. We are inspired by how Jesus loved the "least of these" and we don't believe we are above anyone.
