Happy New Year! I am excited to shed the energy from last year. The energy that seemed heavy. The weight that was having to be carried day in and day out. In the last week, I have felt the energy shifting within my being. Lighter and more optimistic. I am looking forward to less chaos in my life and in the world. I am ready for us as a community to come together and help turn 2010 into a year of action. Tangible action. It won't take a lot, if we all do a little. I am envisioning great things to come. Challenges yes....Fulfilling, yes. I see Salt Lake City finally starting to come into its own. We are so lucky to be here, to help SLC grow up into a place we want it to be. Love and Light to all of you!!

Hey everyone!! We had a great turnout for the show. There were like 25 people who wanted to know more about FWT and get involved. I collected emails and sent out an invite to all of them. Here is the invite for all of us. We are having a Wake-Up Session Wednesday, Dec 16th at 7pm@ Sugarhouse coffee, located 1045 East 2100 South Salt Lake City. We will be meeting upstairs!! If you like standard rap, they were good. There was like 10 of them though so it was funny because only 2 of them and the drummer could be on stage at the same time.

I didn't even know till I got that msg from Bessie the day of...Doors were at 6:30, I believe and I didn't even get there till about 9:15, just in time to see the last song of the first opener, and the entire sets of Kinetix and Flobots =)

On that note, was the first band local? Any good? They looked kinda crappy in the 15 seconds I saw of them...

The show was advertised but not very much. I heard about it on X96 by chance. The one time that I was thankful for my zune dying. That was what I was thankful for this thanksgiving. lol

The show was so much fun. I was confused on why it wasn't advertised. No worries, the flobots will be hitting up our town again in the spring. I should have sent out a message earlier, but the good new is.....There was a lot of interest for FWT. We will be having a Wake-Up Session soooooonnnnnn......
