fun and inspiring! i know mark and i have discussed it and we are in. do we want to have a quick meeting? if not we will probably register tomorrow, if not today.

Ok peeps. Let do this. I think we should do a quick meeting. We can discuss travel, dates, etc. The Denver Street Team is offering for people to stay at their homes so that is an option. Let's meet sometime this week. What does everyone else think?

Housing arrangements and host homes will be sent out to everyone December 12th -
we are currently doing our best to host street teams together in homes...if you are just one person coming from your street team and have another street team buddy request for housing, then message me and we will do our best to accommodate requests :)

I am still in need of A LOT of flight/travel plans from folks...if you all can get these to me asap then we can make sure you are picked up and taken care of (its a long walk from DIA to the conference location :)

So I spoke to Seth today and here is the break down:

December 30th the Conf. starts at 8:30 AM and ends at 4:00 PM on the first.

I told Seth that we don't really have a "Organizer" and rather, we all organize and fill in the gaps/cracks where need be... She suggested we all attend the Organizers Workshop so that we can share and express how we're able to mold multiple people involved in one Street Team - she gave us Kudos :o)

Generally we will have a 9-5 PM day.

Housing: Seth will try to fit us, together, in one house.
Driving: The most important thing for Seth to know is if we are flying in, so that she can arrange a ride for us. Either way I think we are good and we won't be affecting her plans.

Within the next two weeks Seth and Co. will send an email out with a more detailed schedule. This information is funneled to all people registered for the Conf, so please do so. The Committee will have finalized the schedule by Friday and we'll get the information in about a week and half.

Hey peeps. I heard that driving might be preferred over flying. That's cool with me. Let's rent an SUV and do some sight seeing. I think it would be fun.
